Patrick Family Shrimp Dip Recipe

Posted by Dan Patrick on 12/23/2010

Here is the world famous shrimp recipe I described on the radio show.  Enjoy!

1 (8oz.) cream cheese

½ cup ketchup

1cup mayonnaise

1 ½ shakes of Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ Tablespoons of horseradish sauce

1 ½ Tablespoons of pickle relish

1 ½ Tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning

1 lb.  Fresh Shrimp

Steam the shrimp according to the directions on the back of the Old Bay Seasoning can. Set the shrimp aside.  Using an electric hand mixer combine the 7 other ingredients.

Then, cut the peeled shrimp in half as bite size pieces (save 2 or 3 whole peeled shrimp as garnish for top of dip when serving) and using a large spoon mix the shrimp pieces in to the cream cheese mixture.

Chill over night or for a few hours.

Before serving…. stir, top mixture with 3 shrimp garnish, and because we love the Old Bay Seasoning so much, we lightly sprinkle some more Old Bay on top.

I am a conservative and native Houstonian as well as a longtime listener of KSEV shows and want you to know that I CANNOT listen to the Blaze News. It is absolutely not news, but biased, opinionated reporting.
Thought you would want to know,

Here is a suggestion to get more voters. I live in a gated retirement community. 700 homes or about 1400 voters. Many people are disabled.
No one is telling these people about the mail in voting system.
A voter must call the voters registration office about a month before the election to get their mail in ballet.

Many of these people do not vote as it just too much trouble to leave their house and stand in line to vote.

My suggestion is mail them -us literature on how to use the vote by mail system.
