“I’m not into class warfare. I’m into building the warrior class. Those people who rally up, get involved and give it everything they have.”

Perfect description of a Politician:
——————————————————————————–
Post Turtles
While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old farmer, whose hand was caught in the squeeze gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to politicians and their role as our leaders.
The old rancher said, “Well, as I see it, most politicians are ‘Post
Turtles’.”
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a ‘post turtle’ was.
The old rancher said, “When you’re driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that’s a post turtle.”
The old rancher saw the puzzled look on the doctor’s face so he continued to explain. “You know he didn’t get up there by himself, he doesn’t belong up there, he doesn’t know what to do while he’s up there, he’s elevated beyond his ability to function, and you just wonder what kind of dumb ass put him up there to begin with.”
Best explanation of a politician.
It is the
VETERAN,
not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.
It is
the VETERAN,
not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.
It is
the VETERAN,
not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.
It is
the VETERAN,
not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.
It is
the VETERAN,
not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is
the VETERAN,
not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.
When are we going to get 3 hours of Mack?
The reason Kath Englebrecht of Kingstreet Patriots & True The Vote got turned over to the IRS and who knows what Executive Branch Agencies; was she exposed extreme voter fraud from Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (25% of district fraudulent empty lots, etc.) and others.
Even if Kath wasn’t white, she STILL would have been turned in over that.
No one in power want to give up that power and the luxury it brings. Where’d J Lee go on the last trade junket, etc.? Come on, they’re milking the system and playing the race card. It’s disgusting.
But by the way, Mack, it’s ALWAYS been class warfare. Welcome to Earth.
Podcasts of the Mack Show would be deeply appreciated from both a present and a historical sense. The show is unlike other shows, these special guests and topics are so good that they need to be preserved and heard over and over.
Mr. Dan Patrick, listen-up! Podcasts of the Mack Show please!!
Thanks.
Why are we not talking about how many votes the IRS cost Romney? Lets protest the IRS until a flat tax is passed. We need to shutdown the IRS.
Its time to rally up like Mack says, and take to the streets with sign and voices of protest, before we all end up “commrads”.
I represent Special Operations Forces (SOF) K9 Memorial Foundation we would like to come on your show and talk about our foundation. We will be appearing at the Houston Beer Festival on June 8th to raise money for the memorial.
The foundation is a group of military and civilian K9 professionals whose goal is to create a lasting memorial dedicated to K9s lost since 9/11.
The memorial is a life size bronze Belgian Malinois, wearing his deployment kit based on what the K9s actually wear in combat.
A public memorial will be located at Fayetteville’s (NC) Airborne and Special Operations Museum while the second will be located where only the handlers will be able to go to pay their respects to their fallen canine comrades.
Countless hours of training go into each of our elite K9′s to give them the tools they need to survive on the battlefields of foreign lands.
Their actions in combat are simply heroic, facing eminent danger with courage that sets the standard for all others. They give selflessly so others may live, for many we owe them our lives. Many SOF K9′s have paid the ultimate price for not only their Handlers and Mates, but for this great nation.
Mack, I enjoy your show, and thank you for your service and commitment.
A comment about a passing conversation you had about S. Korea, and the exercises we do there every year, Team spirit / Foul Eagle. In 89′ I captured (or was allowed to capture) a Seal that was causing havoc on our base in Kunsan. It wasn’t you, was it?
Needless to say, shortly after I brought the Seal back to OPS….OPS got wiped out. Funny how that worked out.
Outstanding shows with excellent, patriotic content … keep calling it like it is Mack …
Hey Mack, I was one of the speakers at the first big Tea Party rally in March of 2008. Surprise, surprise I was audited by the IRS that year based on a “random” selection. The examiner was fine and I got a no adjustment audit and she seemed embarrassed by the whole thing. Still I have always thought there was a connection with my speaking and the “random” audit.
loved your show today. the hearings were good but we still have not heard from the people there who were rescued. who were they , how are they and where are they. and why are they never mentioned. hicks was good but these people are the only ones who were there and have not told their story. how about hitting on this tomorrow please. thanks love you guy from another VET.
I am looking for information about the flag program at the Houston National Cemetery. I would like to volunteer and would like to contribute. Please direct me to the website.
I would just like to say “Thank You for saying the very things I am thinking everyday”. I find it hard to have discussions with the people around me but you seem to always know what is on my mind. From one Navy Vet to another keep up the awesome work.
I have not heard anyone mention the fact that the scum bag living murdering jihadist can have his naturalized citizenship revoked. Once that is done, then he becomes a scum bag living murdering jihadist enemy combatant.
Has The Utimate Soldier Challenge been cancelled? I cannot find it on Tuesday or any other night. Please respond. I enjoyed it very much.
Mack,
I heard you speaking about the ACLU and I was watching the news ealrier and saw that Spring High School caved in after teh ACLU got involved in a male student wanting to wear a dress / makeup to prom. The school dress code said no but after the ACLU got envolved it has now changed. They are nothing more than liberal gang.
AND if you really want be shocked go read the book “Thank you for arguing” by Jay Heinrichs. It’s a REQUIRED reading lesson for FRESHMAN advanced students. It teaches students the proepr way to lie to the police and how to manipulate your lover using Barry White music and a bottle of wine.
Our country is falling a part and I don’t knwo what to do. Thank you for caring.
Several times I’ve heard your comments about why the difference between the terms “illegal alien” and “illegal immigrant” is nothing more than semantics.
I strongly disagree.
“Immigrant” connotes a person who comes legally to another country to take up permanent residence
“Alien” connotes a foreign national who has allegiance to another country or government.
Many accept this definition of “Illegal Alien”:
Illegal Alien
Definition: A foreign national who has entered the United States without legal permission, or who entered the U.S. legally but has since fallen out of status. An illegal alien is deportable if apprehended.
Also Known As: Undocumented alien or worker
Examples:
Julie’s visitor visa expired five years ago and she has not returned to her home country. Julie is an illegal alien and could be deported because she is out of status.
Mack,
Please sit in court and observe for some of the cases. You will find that it is ‘lawless’. The laws are normally ignored. Similar to what Obama is doing. Don’t assume the judges are law observing people.
See for yourself. Don’t assume.
Thanks,
Thai
Mac, one comment on the Ultimate Soldier Challenge. When the contestants are shooting at the bad guys at 200 yds with a .338 Lapua, scoped, why are they missing. I shoot a lot, and although the run could account for some misses, surely a 4″ target at 200 yds with what a 10X scope on a bipod and a bench should not be too difficult. DID YOU GUYS NOT SIGHT IN THE SCOPE FIRST? Wow, that would be mean!
Mack and Ben,
Caught a portion of your show on the drive home.
You guys just need to come out and say you don’t like gays and be done with it.
Your argument that I heard was the “pandora’s box” that gay marriage would cause in terms of government benefits — or all benefits for that matter. Well, follow my simple math.
Two gays are committed to stay together, blah, blah, blah.
Suddenly Mack pulls the “gay reversal switch” and these same two gays are now straight, get married to the opposite sex and have kids, and the moms are stay-at-home moms.
The government is now on the hook for four adults: two men, two women and however many kids, whereas, with the gay couple before, the government was only on the hook for two consenting adults, taking benefits that they paid for during their working life. In terms of government benefits at least, gay couples are cheaper in the short run and the long run… or is my math fuzzy? I think not.
Real world, you cannot sit on the radio and say that you want government out of your life and then say government should define “marriage”. Quite the hypocritcal position. You lost some credibility and some of my respect with this position.
The last caller I heard today was in favor of a “civil union” with the benefits that both partners paid for, recieved. He was absolutely correct. I also believe that marriage is between a man and a woman.
You both are as wrong as you can possibly be on this issue.
Now, before you jump to any conclusions, I have been unbeleivably happily married for 24 yrs next month. I am a staunch conservative libertarian. I want government to defend our shores and not much else. I don’t want anyone, anywhere telling me what to do, how to act, or what to say. And I will not tell anyone else what to do, how to act or what to say as well. That also includes people doing things that I cannot agree with, as long as it does not harm anyone but themselves.
Kenneth
I was watching Ultimate Soldier Challenge last night and had a question about the final challenge (the one where the teams had to recover the drone package and get it to the finish line). How do you keep the teams from using the cameramen as locators for the members of the other teams? Seems like all you’d have to do is find the cameraman and see where he’s pointed to tag the other team. Great show, by the way!
Mack,
On May 25th there will be a dedication to a New Veteran Memorial in Seabrook, Texas. We would be honored if you would accept this invitation to be Master of Ceremonies for our event. Many dignitaries will be present along with plenty of food, entertainment and fun for all.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience for information on this great event. As I stated it would be a great honor to have you join us.

Mack, Thank you for your service. I was a SeaBee (1961-1965, SWE-2) and “Can Do” is our motto. Even a Seal may not use it.
Hay Mack,
I was listening to your show on my way home from work
today(3/5/13).I heard about your discussion about
the M.R.A.P. and Homeland Security. I found it troubling,
because I still work for B.A.E.. We are rebuilding the
M.R.A.P.’s. We were told that they were for the marine
corps. Not Homeland Sec. I hope that’s true. I don’t like
being lied to.
Yeah we lost the L.T.A.S. rebuy to Oshcosh. They only
bid with a 1% profit margin. There was a lot of politics involved. Them being in Wisconsin ,a union state.
Texas a Busch state .
Well, you can guest the rest.
URAA sailor. Daniel U.S.M.C. vet.
Mack: I heard you talking about “Hope” yesterday afternoon and thought you may want to know that Benjamin Franklin said that “Hope is poor man’s bread”. Those that hope for benefits from the government should somehow understand this statement.
Mack,
I love your show and called in on Tuesday of this week. My son joined the Navy about 1.5 years ago and is a corpsman at Portsmouth, VA. Is there any chance that I could get a signed copy of Unleash the Warrior Within for him? Please let me know what I can do to get one.
Thanks,
Mark
Mack-
Thank you for your service to the greatest country in the world.
Great program! Keep bringing the intensity to each show. Good stuff.
NDCQ
Cheers.
Hm, let’s see; ASSAULT WEAPON. Does that include rocks, sticks, bare fists, feet, hammers, etc ? Seems like there were a LOT of people assaulted by those items. And Since I have a couple of flintlock muskets with bayonets, does that make THEM assault weapons ? Seems like those were used to assault a LOT of forts, etc. some 200 years ago. I guess if I break a rock or stick in half, that makes it a “sawed off” and is therefore illegal. Liberals love semantics and micro-managing. Geez, if this is a ride in the Magic Kingdom, I’d like to get off now.
Mack,
Just saw your new show on History and it’s great! One small issue though. Actually, in today’s political climate, it’s more of a big issue. In the show with the 82nd Airborne, IDF and contractors, a Ruger 556 rifle was used. You described it as an “assault rifle”. My heart sank when I heard you, of all people, say that term. In these times, with so much media and political coverage about gun bans, lawful gun owners are fighting daily and tirelessly to educate people about this term (assault rifle = select fire). The rifle the contestants were using was a semi-auto rifle and you describing it as an “assault rifle” is just one more drop in the gun banners bucket of fiction becoming fact. With so much ignorance and misinformation floating around in the media about firearms and their importance, we need you working with us and not against us, brother. Our 2nd Amendment rights are slipping through our fingers and we need to work to protect them.
Apart from this point, you show was fantastic and I look forward to future episodes. Thank you for your service and keep up the good work!
jv
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop saying BS or Bravo Sierra and “secastration.” It is extremely offensive!!
Dear mack,
I sure did like your show today! I have some issues I’m dealing with right now ,and sometimes it helps to listen to talk about how to solve lifes problems and stay on top and to keep going and to strive to be the best. I really listened to your idea about plan, prepare, and perform. And about faith, family, and freedom. You are really great!
Mack, I was listening to your show on 2/21/13 @ 5:17. Your caller was Mike and he told you about a book that was 832 pages long on money and finance. Can you give me the name and author of the book. Thanks, Cris
Mack – I liked the new show – USC. Definitely will be watching it again. Reminded me of Top Shot without all the silly stuff at the main house. One thing I like about Top Shot is how they do the training and do a run through of the course with the ‘instructors’ first. It is a good learning experience.
I think with your expertise you could do alot more on the teaching / learning dimension. If you did a strategic run through of the course first and how you would handle it I think that would make the show really top knotch. It would also help us to see if the teams are doing well or maybe not quite cutting it on their run through.
Thanks – it is a good program, I hope it is really successful!
Mack,
Can you post a link to your interview with Piers Morgan on gun control? I have searched both CNN and Youtube and have been unable to find that segment.
Glad you are now on at 4:00. I do not like having to listen to Eric Andel on Fridays though. I thought Judges were supposed to be intelligent? How can he say they things he says?
Mack, get involved in the shooting community. You are now a big time celebrity and need to show up at the charity shotgun shooting events around town. You would be very welcome, and all the folks would love to try and beat your shooting score (you may be surprised at how well some of the old men and women can shoot).
I enjoyed the Ultimate Soldier Challenge last night. My son was in the 82nd Airbone and still lives in Fayetteville. I called him so he could watch it. I will continue to watch it.
I have lived in Pearland for 38 years and I knew the Leggio’s from Pearland Little League.
My son has a friend in North Carolina that is a former Navy Seal an is now in FBI training in Virginia. He saved my son’s life while they were at dinner and my son got choked, quite breathing and the Navy Seal performed CPR on him and brought him back.
I have been a faithful listener of KSEV radio for many years. Keep up the good work and thank you for your service to our country.
This system seemingly works, but you could also just capture Trogdor to accomplish the same task. Much simpler.
Hi Mack…I appreciate your service, as a fellow ex-soldier in the Army after graduating from West Point.
I’ve been listening to your show for several months. I love your passion and conservative beliefs. May I make a suggestion? As a listener, I am interested in hearing multiple views, whether I agree with them or not. I am frustrated at times because guests on the show seem to be cut off without completing their thoughts, and this causes me to move on to other radio shows. My suggestion: please avoid stepping on someone who is talking, unless they are obviously long-winded and are ‘whipping a dead horse.’ This is certainly your show, and you can do as you see fit. I pray this criticism reaches you in the kindest way because I believe you are on the right path. May God be with you and your family as you move forward!
It is easy to quarterback after the situation. I know you’ve been there. I’ve had to make similar calls that once a fire started and smoke started boiling out the danger level went through the roof. It was not worth losing another officer to take this wacko out, especially when you suspect that he might have already either offed himself, or, you think he might have done it to set up an ambush.
Your show is just the greatest, and I agree with all of your ideas. and what I can do to make my family and my world a better place. I thank you for your service to our country and all you have done,
Do you mind if I quote a few of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources back to your weblog? My blog is in the exact same area of interest as yours and my users would genuinely benefit from some of the information you provide here. Please let me know if this ok with you. Cheers!
Hi Mack (if I may),
My name is Lee Williams and I just want to say thank you for your perspective on the Benghazi attack. Keep beating this drum and don’t worry about listener fatigue. We are with you in your passion to get to the bottom of this horrible event which was allowed to happen by purposeful inaction and neglect of patriots abroad. THIS WILL NOT BE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG . these guys need to be remembered as the heroes that they are.
Mack,
I like your new show even better than the previous morning one. I truly enjoy the passion for truth and what America is really about that you bring to the airwaves. Keep up the good work.
Mack,
my heart is heavy at the lost of a fellow warrior, too many of the good ones have pasted on, with each loss we close ranks and pray that God gives us strength to continue the good fight between good and evil.
One should see the world, and see himself as a scale with an equal balance of good and evil. When he does one good deed the scale is tipped to the good – he and the world is saved. When he does one evil deed the scale is tipped to the bad – he and the world is destroyed.
Evil will never win, as long as there is one Good Man left standing.
Yes, I agree with you. Ron Paul is terrible. But everybody knows Ron Paul is a nut. I pray for chris Kyles’ family and also for Chad Littlefield and his family.
I think your cheap shot putting down military doctors on 2/05/13 is not called for. There have been more than one Army
doctor killed in Afghanistan. Some Army doctors are deployed to forward surgical units according to a Major I talked with recently.
Mack,
I love your new show. You debate/argue with sincerity and intellect. Absolutely….Ron Paul’s comment…”those who live by the sword die by the sword”…was totally out of context…to me, it makes me wonder if he understands Christianity/the Bible….thugs who die young live by the sword and die by the sword…Chris Kyle did NOT live by the sword…I do agree with the caller that questions the fact that Kyle criticized Obama and then this happens…very suspicious…
Keep up the good work!
Nancy Woods
Mack, The tweet to which you eluded to was made by the same military hating nit wit that cost Romney the election by not ensuring his bots voted for Romney; Ron Paul. As a military man myself, his comments deeply offend me.
God Bless,
Dwayne
Glad you can sleep in now. Enjoy hearing you on the way home. Keep up the good work.
Not assault weapons but Personal defense weapons. Awsome. If you coined that phrase, good for you. Heck, good for you for using it over and over again to get it in the minds of the ignorant folks.
I loved the way Ted Nugent took take of Piers Morgan. Piers is totally ignorant of firearms and does not wish to change. He is in Texas for ratings only. I would not listen to him rant on a bet.
Mac,
First, being a MARINE, I enjoyed the weaponry shows you used to do for the Military Channel.
Have you read ” No Easy Day” ? I would be interested in your comments on that book which concerns the mission to take down Osama bin Ladin. My comment is that the book expanded my respect for the SEAL community.
Semper Fi,
TXSFRED
Awesome to have you Mack in the afternoons!
Great show, message, vibe and energy!
My respect and friendship to you from Ecuador.
Mac, I am terribly sorry to hear of Chris Kyle loosing his life at the shooting range this weekend. It seems as if he was doing what he loved doing, shooting and trying to help another veteran overcome his PTSD. However, I am not certain that putting a loaded gun in the hands of a person who is not right in his mind is the smartest move to make. I know Chris probably thought it would take him out of his element and put him in an enjoyable frame of mind, but I suppose it did just the opposite. What a shame for all concerned.
The military needs to do more for its warriors who suffer from this disease. It seems our fine Government wants to shun the problem, pass the buck, make excuses just like all politicians do. I do not know what the answers are, and I can not imagine what these poor troubled souls are going through. Doing nothing is not the answer and neither is taking away their second amendment rights (that they just got finished fighting for)! Get them GOOD help on the governments ticket and bring them back to a productive member of society with all the rights Americans enjoy. Do not brand them broken and throw them away.
Anyway, God bless Chris Kyle for what he was trying to do for our wounded warriors (both physically and mentally) and God Bless his wife and two young children. My hear and prayers are with them.
Hi Mack…
You are great, thanks for your service. Like your passion, energy and enthusiasm. Like the show.
Why are we even talking to Piers Morgan…he is full of crap and a ideologue nobody.
Thanks bro, keep up the good work!!
Mack,
I heard about Chris Kyle early Sunday morning and I was suddenly sick. My prayers are with all who morn Chris Kyle and his family. My prayers are with all of the men who trained and worked with Chris. What a loss, what a hole in the collective heart of America!!!
Howdy Mack! Thanks for being YOU! And your service, i called last week when i realized the topic of your show. My name is Alan Niederlitz and I was the Second Amendment March state co-ordinator for TEXAS 2009. The TOP 2 things we MUST DO. END FEDERAL INCOME TAX, IT FEEDS THE BEAST AND TEACH THE CONSTITUTION (ORIGINAL INTENT) AND BILL OF RIGHTS IN SCHOOL! These 2 things ALONE will help TREMENDOUSLY! As you know, “We the People” were NEVER supposed to pay ANY income tax. Straight goods and services tax period!!! More later!
Mack
Regarding the protection of our school children from tragedies like Sandy Hook. I haven’t heard any mention as to the fact that without a safe place to hide or a way to exit their classroom, killing those children and teachers was like Shooting Fish in a Barrel. If our politicians are going to legislate anything, they should mandate emergency exits in ALL classrooms, whether it be through a window, door or into another room.
Additionally, my company fabricates metal enclosures for Cell Towers, Railroad Building etc and we often line them with Kevlar making the equipment inside “bullet proof”. In situations where emergency exits are not feasible, a locking enclosure, lined with Kevlar could be fabricated that would give at least some measure of safety.
Hardening doors etc are good ideas but an escape route is much more effective in my opinion.
As far as teachers with guns..I don’t know.. maybe at least a stun gun or taser.
Didn’t one of the teachers at Sandy Hook get her entire class packed into a small closet?
Mack was good to hear people talking about weather control on your Friday show. It is happening and has been for years. If you have time check out Weather War Big Picture by weatherwar101 on YouTube he explains what’s going on really well.
Hi Mack, Is your show moving to a different time? I’ve really enjoyed listening since day one. Jon Winters
Perhaps we can “solve” the problem of women in combat roles, and the sexual situation that often happens while serving with men under the harsh circumstances of armed conflict.
I would suggest placing women alongside and in foxholes with gay soldiers.

Mack,i want to thank you for all you done, and doing for us in your show.I am a 20yrs Navy Vet,and i just started to listen to your show, and i am sure you will surpass every one out there in the media, that sugar coating everything because they are affray to criticize this president,or any one in the liberal world. The republican are cooked, unless the Marco Rubio come out a lot stronger,i saw him with no respond,Mr. Paul and MCain came out a bit strong.Hillary was laughing her way out! God help us all.
This is the first comment I am posting. Stop saying we need to wake up, that’s what all the “Talkers” say. You need to be ahead of the rest and be a true warrior and tell people to get to work! Get rid of the D-bags in office and put the workers in that will go back to the way the poloticians were when my father was a kid. In other words they may have been D-bags in private but they portrayed honor as a rep of this country.
Mack,
You have to get that liar Ken Brady on the show and ask him why he lied to your listeners about “PROMISING” that he would not vote to raise the debt ceiling again, for any reason. He “PROMISED” Lance Roberts this on air, on your show, after he voted for the fiscal cliff. Call this liar out while you are talking with him on air to wake people up! He voted to raise the debt ceiling the last time. Just look at his title “Chairman of the Joint Economic Committee”. What a joke! Call the liar out Mack! I think you are the only one that has the cajones to do it. Believe me, I am going to write his office once again. I did just after he lied to us on air a couple of weeks ago to tell him that I knew he would vote to raise the debt ceiling because he is a liar. Dying to hear the lame excuse this time. Vote Kevin Brady out!!!
Mack,
The republican party needs to rebrand themselves to stand a chance moving forward. The Dems went from the perceived negative term “liberals” to the buzzword “progressives”. It’s an easy sell to a new generation of voters. The word “conservative” sounds so outdated and backward to future voter groups. Could growth in the tea party help with rebranding? You should solicit suggestions for a new modern buzzword for “Conservative”.
Also thanks for the news about Groupon banning gun related features. I have used groupon twice a year for my business, but now I will not and will let them know why when they call to rerun my feature.
Thanks!
Tony G.
Mack, i am the 2nd amendment state coordinator who called in this morning. Stanley McChrystal as you know is a ardent leftist s of course he thinks “We” don’t need AR’s or AK’s… Keep it up Mack, I’ll call back in the morning!!! Reagan actually implemented gin control because of the black panthers. G.H.W. Bush also signed the first importation ban of certain weapons.
One more thing, Harry reid is about to kill the filibuster in the Senate and that may happen today. Call Cornyn and jump his butt because i do not believe he will stand for us!!! Call and have Cornyn stand against the ending of the filibuster.
Mack,
Realized this morning for the first time your agenda is aligned with our love for America. Hoo-RAH! Former CG and LEO and FF and EMT here looking for support on the second ammendment. This morning a caller was talking to you about the use of linguistics to alter perception. I cannot recall what the formal term was. Neuro… something. Can you please advise? Also, consider that you have a new, committed listener willing to step up to the plate to do anything to defend our constitution as I swore to in 1974. Keep up the good work.
I have looked around and couldn’t find this anywhere. How can citizens make a nation wide ballot initiative to have term limits for congress and the senate.
Rep. Ted Poe is cosponsoring a constitutional amendment for term limits in the House and Senate.
Large numbers of volunteers are sought to help make the May 3-5, 2013 NRA Annual Meeting at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Downtown Houston a resounding success! What better way to commit yourself to the defense of Liberty during these perilous times than to give your precious time and your personal presence to help greet your fellow free Americans to the Bayou City? Let’s show the Obama Administration that there are thousands upon thousands of freedom loving men and women of all backgrounds who are going to gather together and push back hard! Not an inch, not a millimeter will be given up! There are some FUN jobs, too… like supervising the air gun range!
The entire volunteer packet may be downloaded here:

We look forward to seeing you in Houston!
Morning Sir…….In reference to comments made about the millions deaths through history associated with different nations/governments etc. while confiscating weapons from the populace. This being tragic in any sense of the word, would still hold true if it were to happen again today. I am more concerned about the ones who will actually be coming for the guns in person. I know it is widely believed that our Leo’s, military would not support any action against the civilian community that would violate their oaths, but the “Sheep Theory” holds true even for them. Possibly 80 to 85% of the people you know have never had the first original thought and have always waited for someone to tell them where to go, what to do and when to do it. Hitler, Pho Phat(?), Stalin etc. needed initially, willing persons under them to go house to house and collect the weapons. And if they were not willing in the beginning, once they saw their neighbors, families, sons killed for failing to comply the “Sheep” got right in line and assisted with the confiscations and then fell back later on “I was only following orders”. This in its self bothers me more than some “Executive Order”.
Thanks for what you have done and for what you are trying to do. GOD Speed.. Keith (Another Sheep Dog)
Your discussion this morning reminded me of COL Dave Grossman’s thing about Wolves, Sheep and Sheepdogs. Maybe it’s true that Sheep want the Sheepdogs to file their fangs because they can’t tell the difference between us and Wolves. They’ll be sorry but but it will be too late.
Sheepdogs unite.
Mack,
When do you think Bloomberg will have doctors ask patients if they have multiple salt shakers or high capacity soda bottles in the house? According to him excessive salt and sugar are killing millions.
Mack,
I heartily disagree with you that we should rely only on “professional” guards in our schools. I think we should assume any effort to take guns from the bad guys will fail, and potential shooters will avoid the guards when attacking.
My model for the problem is drunk drivers and cars. We don’t ban cars to prevent drunk driving because they are universally needed for day-to-day activities. Like the proposed guards in schools, we have police to catch the drunk drivers, hopefully before damage is done. All too often they simply write reports about drunk driving incidents.
In the case of protecting schools, we should take multiple steps. First, harden the outer doors so shooters can’t get in during unguarded hours, especially by shooting the locks. A second hardened door can slow the shooter’s entry while guards and armed administrators are on the way should an alarm indicating the first door has been compromised. After all, when seconds count, guards are only minutes away. Third, classroom doors should be hardened as well to provide more time for a good guy with a gun to come on the scene. Lastly, with a vision of the teacher shielding his/her students with their bodies and no protection, any teacher who wishes to be armed should be with training. Hardened doors don’t require a salary or benefits. They are a one-time investment that if done well, significantly reduces risk to students even if a shooter wishes to create havoc.
Any risk assessment should consider the potential for an event and possible consequences. None of the ideas floated so far will inherently succeed against a deliberate attack. They are purely cosmetic (as opposed to substantive) efforts to prevent the event with no practical effort to minimize consequences when the predictable failure occurs. Therefore, minimizing consequences through isolation of potential victims from attackers is needed to minimize consequences of a successful intrusion attempt. Having been in the military, you should appreciate the need for plans A, B, C, and so on when planning a mission.
Mac, I am glad a honored warrior like youself tries to tell the truth about gun control. It is all about fear, bringing fear to people who know nothing about firearms. Fox news tries, but with Bill Oreilley and some of his guests, they fail. Bill thinks AR-15′s are heavy guns (Now a 50 BMG is a heavy gun). Juan Williams, when talking about the lady in Georgia who shot the intruder, “it is ok she shot him with a .38 rather than an assuat weapon”. What an idiot. Dead is Dead.
I shoot pistols, rifles, shotguns, but lately, as I am getting older, am shooting NSCA shotgun tournaments. The IDPA tournaments are fun, but relagated to the younger crowd who can move quickly. I can pull the trigger as fast as anyone, but moving from point A to point B is a little problematic (ie read slow).
New gun laws will not stop the monsters. The only way to do that is to be prepared (I have a CHL and carry), and to take away the “gun free” zones. I will not go in certain moview houses for that reason, and if I see a 30-06 sign posted, I will not go into that establishment.
We also must be careful when diagnosing mental illness, and if a person truely has a problem, get them help or instutionalized.
Keep up the Good work.
PS – Your voice sounds like you are a little guy, and too nice. I know you probably are a very nice guy, but you must know how to turn that off having been a Seal.
WE have a dictator in the office, maybe even a Nazi dictator. If Obama doesn’t get what he wants from Congress, he simply writes an Exec. Order. He is methodically taking our FREEDOMS away from us and soon we will not recognize America. The 51% of Americans who voted for him deserve what they get, but WE, the 49%, DO NOT. Gun Control laws will not stop CRIME, or any misuse of guns. Perhaps restriction of “assault” rapid fire weapons may help somewhat. But anyone who wants anything bad enough will get it and use it. I personally like the idea of an armed guard in the schools ready to handle the sitution.
Mack,
If you could give this some air time it would be much appreciated. Its a 2nd amendment rally scheduled for 1/19/2013 in Austin. Here is the website for review.

Mack,
On the names of gun owners that have been published is there no recourse legally for those people whose information has been published like a class action suit.
The people whose names have been published are not public personalities.
The reason I say this is recently my identity was stolen and I feel that the first of these people who loose an identity could possibly file suit against these publishers and take care of it through the free market system by sueing them for all they own or force them out of business.
On the topic today of a false group used to ignite a storm over gun ownership. Would this not be a perfect time for a terrorist group to act on this thereby pacifying the U.S public by having our rights taken away from us?
Thank you for your continued service to our country.
I am so glad you are back on the radio. I know it is hard for you and it will take a lot of time for the pain to ease. But, I am glad that you are back.
Welcome Back Mack!
Where is Mack? Is he coming back on the air with KSEV? I sure hope so.
Thanks
Rhonda
Is it too late to get in on or organize a march on washington for the pending debt ceiling vote? the vote yesterday has angered me. adding not only 4 trillion to the debt but throwing pork on top like icing is a slap in the face.
Our conservative leaders to address the school situation like they do everything else -
More student testing to insure students know what to do when an armed threat is present
Mandatory liability insurance for students and all peoples who enter the school
Permits! Permits! Permits! Certainly our Government leaders can dream up permit requirements which have nothing to do with nothing… but are absolutely necessary
Hello Ed,
You had a coach on your show a while back for a local youth program, I think in Katy Cinco Ranch and he mentioned a book about raising kids when he was about to sign off and I am trying to find that book, or the podcast that his segment was on…can you help?
Thank you,
David
I like listening to Edd in the mornings but where is Mac. I knew he would be off for a while after his inlaws passing but thought he would be back soon. Sounds like Edd is planning on being here for a while. Thanks
Listening to Ed Hendee this morning. Rep. Culberson was going to finish details of explaining fiscal cliff to be posted on a 3 by 5 card. It involved taking 8 zeros off the current budget numbers. Could you send me the final numbers so I could share them? Thank you.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends . . .
Thank you sir . . . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dear mack, I am so sorry for your wife, I lost both parents at age 37 and it was the most painful thing I have ever been through, it took me years to recover…hang in there, time
heals the deepest wounds…lots of time….
Our shows air at the same time, so I haven’t had a chance to hear your show. But if Edd Hendee is a fan, you’re alright with me.
I’m overdue sending my condolences. My friend Russell Ybarra owns Gringo’s and Jimmy Changas. Over the weekend I was out of state but received an email from him that your in-laws passed in that tragedy on I-10. If I recall from his email, your daughter worked for his company years ago.
I know this is a tough time, and I can’t do anything to assuage the grief your family is feeling, but I can tell you that we all hurt when something like this happens.
While we may compete, or I guess we’re supposed to, there is room for us all on the air, and, more importantly, in the fight to save this country.
When I started in radio, Edd Hendee reached out to me, even though we shared the same daypart. He’s steadfastly encouraged me over the years, with quiet, discreet words in emails. It’s always meant a lot to me. I’ve tried my best to make other friends in our common cause, so we can work together when possible toward a greater good.
For now, just know that our community lifts your family up in prayer. If I can ever help, don’t hesitate to email me.
Dear Mack, I’m so sorry to hear about your in-laws death. My prayers for God’s comfort for you and your wife go out to you both. Jim Wilson
I don’t know if I will get through this morning, but These are the values I would like the Republican party uphold : Liberty, In God We Trust, and E. Pluribus Unum! These are the values that America was founded upon.
Something to think about:
For those who have seen the movie “Miracle on 34th street” will know the long standing competition between Macy’s and Gimbals Department Stores.
Let’s say you are Macy’s. Would you hire a guy to be CEO, who has 1000’s of shares of Gimbals stock and none of Macy’s?
A guy who has frequently in the past talked badly about Macy’s and in fact hates what Macy’s stands for. A guy, who’s only qualification on his resume, was that he had worked in the mail room at Gimbals.
Would you place him in charge of Macy’s given that your whole livelihood depends on the success of Macy’s?
What Henry Kissinger Thinks of Our Military
By Lisa Guliani
“Military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy.” ~ Henry Kissinger ~ January-February 2003 edition of Eagle Newsletter
The above statement given by Henry Kissinger should dispel any possible doubt or confusion in the skeptics among us as to just how little our servicemen matter to the elitist madmen calling the shots. No longer do they spew empty words to placate the masses. They are admitting outright that our soldiers are expendable and disposable. If the above statement by Kissinger doesn’t make your blood run cold, then tell me, what will?
KNOW YOUR GOVERNMENT!!!!!
I do not want to be captain conspiracy or sour grapes, but it is as though the sanctety of our vote is taken for granted.
I remember seeing news of people leaving the polling places talking about their votes being changed from the candidate they voted for to the candidate they apposed. I know no one that is a registered voter that did not vote. I am just a ditch digger, but I run into a good cross section of folks here around Houston. It took me three attempts to finally decide to wait in line to early vote, and my wife tryed 4 or 5 times before giving up and waiting in line and voting on Tuesday Nov. 6. I do not remember the lines being as continually congested in 2008 but the amount of ballots cast were greater in 2008 than in 2012.
Would it be possible to under count predominently republican or white counties or even presincts (because the Obama camp ‘gave up on the white vote’)? If we know that Obama got 93% of the black vote and the administration gave up on the white working class vote, it seeems possible that if the vote were strategically under counted in select areas of the swing states, boom the Romney camp was stunned by the outcome.
I wanted to call into the show and ask, but I know it sounds too much like the sour grapes I have and the conspiracy that would be shunned. However, no question is a stupid question if it is made honestly
Mack-
I’m a regular listener of your show, I find it entertaining and informative so kudos to you and also for your service to our country.
I was listening this morning as I always do on my ride into work and the topic of “I no longer feel like I’m a part of this country” came up- as a result, of course,of Obama winning again- and you (correctly) responded that we can’t mope around, we have to stay engaged and figure out what went wrong and start fixing that TODAY.
I totally agree, but I would also say, as one caller pointed out, Ok, but who do WE (that oppose Obama) have as a leader? Boehner? That was a great point because everybody knows how ineffective Boehner has been. So in many ways it IS like we have no leader who represents US.(conservatives)
So I definitely can relate to that feeling of no longer feeling like a part of this country- I think it’s perfectly normal for conservatives to feel that way right now. I know I do.
The first thing that entered my mind after it became obvious Romney was going to lose the other night was, great, here comes ANOTHER 4 years of taxation with no representation- and I don’t know If I can deal with another 4 years of feeling like that. That’s a LONG time. It’s very disheartening- demoralizing, even.
The gridlock that is largely responsible for the feeling of being unrepresented in DC is largely Obama’s fault- HE is the one who will not compromise. HE is the one who will not lead- unless it’s to forward his liberal agenda. Reagan, and even Clinton, all did what leaders are supposed to do, which is LEAD, and yes, compromise, to REALLY move forward.
Listening to your show on my way to work, and I agree. I think Tuesday’s vote is a sign of a problem for the Republican Party and I think there is a solution. I think the Republican Party needs to push the idea of states rights. We are not an anti-abortion party, we are a pro-states right party on the abortion issue. We are not an anti-gay marriage party, we are a pro-states rights party on the issue of gay marriage. We are not an anti-legalization of marijuana party, we are a pro-states rights on the issue of legalization of marijuana party. We are not the anti-universal healthcare party, we are the pro-states rights on the issue of universal healthcare. We are not an anti-immigration party, we are a pro-states right party on the immigration issue. If a state wants to allow police to require proof of immigration status for every traffic stop, it is that states right. If another state wants to be a magnet state for illegal immigrants, it is that states right. We would then become the party for smaller federal government, and more states rights.

GOP Presidential Election Campaign comment: Why wasn’t the previous presidents whom are still alive and V.P.s out in force supporting the GOP agenda/purpose and Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan? The last few months I’ve heard and seen the Dem’s Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton. Shame on us for not being out in the face of the people for the last few months or years…. G Bushes – both of them and McCain, Ron Paul, etc….
Thanks, David
. Please mark your calendar so that you can join us. The ceremony begins at 1100 hours, however the ship opens at 1000 hours. The park provides golf cart shuttles for those needing assistance boarding the vessel and will drive you right on board so do try to come.
The Texas Commandery of the Naval Order of the United States will hold its annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Commemoration onboard the retired Battleship USS Texas (BB-35) at 1100 on Saturday, December 1, 2012.
The USS Texas is permanently anchored at the San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site on Buffalo Bayou and the Houston Ship Channel. The physical address is 3523 Independence Parkway South, LaPorte, TX 77571, just minutes from downtown Houston.
The USS Texas was not at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, but she was on continuous active duty in the Atlantic theater of operations from her commissioning in 1914 until her decommissioning in 1948 at which time she became the first battleship memorial museum in the United States.
The ceremony will last approximately one-hour and will consist of the playing of excerpts of President Franklin Roosevelt’s Day of Infamy speech, several keynote speakers, a flyover by the Commemorative Air Force, and a wreath presentation. Other participants will include the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Companions of the Texas Commandery of the Naval Order, a U. S. Marine Corps Rifle Squad, and the Invincible Eagle Band under the direction of Commander James Sterling, III, USN (Ret), a Texas Commandery Companion.
Although the numbers of Pearl Harbor survivors are shrinking, there may be one or more survivors in attendance.
The public is welcome and there is no charge to board USS Texas during the period of the ceremony

Mack, I was listening to your show this morning and as you were
playing some clips about Obama and Romney. The biggest difference that I see between them is Romney know that we have
a bright future but it depends upon the American citizens
standing together to forge ahead. Obama is a product of the
Islamic Socialist group where they want to try the same old
policies over and over and over even though they have failed
time and time again. Where this has started though is in our
school systems. You are old enough to remember the No child
left behind program which amounted to passing a child even if
he could not do the task. They did not want you to fail a
student just because he could not do the work because you
might hurt his “feelings” the standards were lowered so that
everyone could pass and as a result a High School diploma
isn’t worth much more of any thing. Because of the liberal
mindset that started just after WW II our school do not produce the quality of education our children need. They
have to take extra courses to measure up to enter college.
We see this all the time in the military when we put students
into various fields that require skill and the ability to
learn. Many fail out and have to be sent elsewhere. I am
a retired USAF TSGT who spend the majority of my career in
USAFSS working with various intelligence groups in Communications. Over the years before I retired I saw
military discipline degraded by the liberal policies that
infected out nation and politics. I blame a lot of this
on Officers and other NCO’s who took a more relaxed attitude
nor realizing that their failure would cost lives in time of
combat.
Mac, you didn’t quite connect the dots for the conspirancy guy on the radio this morning. If the administration is suppling ManPADs to Syria, they can’t do it from US military stores. If you assume Stephens was in Bengazi to buy back some of the 10,000 plus units resportedly sent to Libya, the lights click on.
It’s not like it hasn’t been done before – This is exactly the program Oliver North was running for President Reagan.

History lesson parallel here:
Feb. 1979, Ambasador to Afganistan Adolph Dubs is kidnapped by muslim extremists, then killed by Afgan police with Russian advisors physically present. No definitive resolution of what happed was ever presented to the US public.
July, 1979, President Jimmy Carter signs a secret covert aide agreement with Afgan rebels, that group included Bin Laden.
Dec. 24, 1979, The Russians launch a full invasion of Afganistan, the US stands down.
Dec.,2007, the movie Charlie Wilson’s War brought slight attention to the event.
BTW, Bret Baer [FOX I guess] laid out a great Timeline of the Benghazi Massacre last Sunday Evening!! The actual battle was like the Alamo!! I Appreciate Your Service Mack, as I was a Marine back in the early 1970′s… the Code of Honor is beyond this Admin, cept for photo ops~~~
It’s Time to Revisit the Benghazi Massacre, while putting some Names & Family Reality to the Picture, instead of *4 Dead Americans*!!! This has been Overshadowed a bit by Hurricane Sandy, but by Thursday it can again be the One Event to Seal the Deal for a President Mitt Romney^^^
I can Picture a TV Ad w/ that Terrible Fire blazing away while the Names & Pictures of the 4 Brave Americans are being superimposed over it!! Then giving the Verifiable Facts of the Timeline from last Springs Attacks on the British, the Multitudes of Security Requests from Amb. Stevens for months including the Day of Their Deaths… 9-11 for God’s Sake, then the Stand Down Orders for Help while Under Attack!! Also, the Obama Admin. – Blaming that Stupid Video, etc. etc… All Coverups for touting Arab Spring & Al Quedas Defeat!! Obama, Biden, Clinton, Panetta, & Patreus… Expose this Travesty & see who cracks 1st!!!!! An Incompetent Foreign Policy & Commander in Chief… Gov. Mitt Romney is the Only One who Can Challenge Pres. Obama on this, starting Thursday!!
Saw Charles Woods Interview w/ Sean Hannity, & his not wanting to Politicize this, while calling Obama a Coward… The ONLY WAY to HONOR HIS SON & THE 3 OTHERS is to POLITICIZE & EXPOSE THIS TRAITOROUS COVERUP, & Defeat Obama… but Charles just can’t see that yet, tho perhaps some time w/ the Other Families would help them All^^^ Where are the Families of the 3 Other Brave Americans… Somebody NEEDS TO GET PISSED, & Relieve their REPRESSED HURT w/ SOME VEHEMENT ANGER… if it were My Son, & w/ All the Verifiable Facts that are out know I’D BE FURIOUS^^^ Ma-b the Families can Band together & Demand Answers BEFORE the ELECTION!!!

Mack,
Please post to your website (or tweet) a link to that song pitting children against their parents. I agree this as low as it goes and I want to spread the word.
I hear you on-air now with ‘Ena’ describing how BHO is bringing us back to Soviet Union. Remarkable how the people who have lived thru it actually get it.
if TEXAS doesn’t count then california shouldn’t, lets see california is deep in debt jst like US government.
Mack, I’m sure you are light years ahead of this page already but they have some good info and sources about the Benghazi Tragedy. I am a U.S. Army Combat vet and I fully agree that both Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty deserve to be honored with our nation’s highest honor. I also believe that their stories will eventually be told, unfortunately other than brothers in uniform most , after so long, will not take notice and honor their names.

Hi MACK,
Wow, you must not like X squids, he he.
Please reply and let me know what is your opinion the Commie Scare of the McCarthy era in the 50es; when he reuined the lives of lots of Hollywood commies.
Glen Beck after learning the truth changed his mind and now agrees tht McCarthy was right. I just wonder what your opinion if McCarthy is because radio shows like yours influenct peoples decisions about our country.

MACK,
AFTER LISTENING TO OBAMA’S COMMENT TO ROMNEY ABOUT BAYONETTS AND RIFLES. I WISH SOMEONE COULD MAKE SOME LAPEL PINS THAT ROMNEY COULD HAND OUT AT HIS CAMPAIGN STOPS.
Mack, I believe I heard you say while being introduced by Dan Patrick when you first started the show, that you had a friend named Chris Nickola who was involved with NDCQ. I am a retired Houston Police Sergeant and once had the privilege to work, while in the Vice Division, with a reserve Navy SEAL named Chris Nickola. If this is the same person would it be possible to pass on to him my email address? I would really like to contact him just to say hello…I listen to you each a.m. while working out and enjoy your positive mind set. Thank you for your time and effort. Tim Cox
Yet another reason to be in favor of the Fair Tax, in my opinion. The more complicated government makes the tax laws, the more people need to know there is an alternative, if only we can be organized and strong enough to force our government to do something FOR the people that is AGAINST their own self-interest.
Mack,
I heard you refer to 2 Youtube video this morning. I think you said one was called “Absolutely Certain” and I didn’t catch the other. I cannot find Absolutely certain. Can you please give me some info on both of these so I can circulate these on Facebook?
Thanks, and great show!
Gary
Great show!!!!
Can you please provide me with Julie’s contact information?
Lance Armstrong reply could be “AAHH if I AAHh Blame Tour de france and AAHH read a tell a prompter well could I AAHH be President..
Why not add another topic for your show, similar to the 15 minute health topic. It could be a 15 minute segment about some of our Medal of Honor or other medal winners. What they did and if their history shows that they over came some obstacle it would be even more interesting.
I have heard your show since day one, and found your history lessons, and the information about the unknown details behind current events to be interesting.
Thank you for your service, and your happy attitude about your family.
Mack, The phone number of the church is 281-255-4111 to RSVP for the event.
Mac as far as the latest debate results — Obama simply cannot defend the indefensible “period” and it showed!
Mack, I listen to your show. I like it. I’m watching the debate w/ Candy “creepy” Crawley. Jerry Springer would perform better as a moderator. All I can do is pray this nation holds on to the constitution.
Good Morning,
I listen to your show every morning on my way to work, albeit for only 20 minutes….but I always enjoy what you have to say and want to say I am thankful for the time you served our Country and continue to do so.
I am not able to call in but I wanted to take a stab at your question regarding how Mr. Romney should handle the 47% statement, when asked, I believe he should respond….
Mr. President this statement, although it may have sounded a bit harsh, is a sad truth, but it does not have to stay that way…I believe that a good portion of that 47% would prefer and perhaps at one time were within the percentage of folks that are working and supporting themselves and or their families, contributing to this great County as proud citizens …(and then go on to explain what his plan is to get this Country back on its feet…
Thanks so much for your time – have a blessed and groovy day!

T-Shirt Idea: People Died and Team Obama Lied.
Given the “Fast and Furious” fiasco and the Benghazi Tragedy it seems the Team Obama resorts to lying even when they themselves and the public know the trurth.
Consider it payback for the EVIL left’s: Bush Lied and People Died, what is good for them….

Dear Mr. Machowicz, URGENT!!!!
Thank you so much for your service. This is something that I feel needs attention. My dad heard on one of the weekend political talk shows that SPAIN is counting our 2012 Presidential votes. This sounds shady. Can you please let me know your take on this?

Good Morning Mack-
Thank you for taking my call this morning (“Troy”)…you can imagine why I just went with it instead of trying to explain to your screener that my name is Toy! Anyway, my comment was about the attention everyone is putting on the “laugh” and “smiling” of Binden during the debate…but, you said several things that truly struck a chord…I refered to the incident in Libya as “the killing of the Ambassador” and you made a point to explain that it was just not Ambassador Chris Stevens but also Glen Dohetry, Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith that were murdered. I am being sincere here, I meant no disrespect…those of us who try to keep up with what is happening in and around our country while in the car between dropping kids at school and work sometimes miss the really important details. These men had names, they had families and they had friends…families and friends who are now grieving and trying to make sense of what seems to have been a preventable situation. They should be acknowledged by their names and not just as part of an “incident”. Which brings me full circle. Yes, Biden acted rudely and obnoxious. Honestly, what bothered me more than his smiling, snorting and laughing was that he kept calling Ryan “my friend”! I applaud Ryan for not drop kicking the man. But, my hope is that conservatives will address Biden’s behavior for what is was and then move on to what matters. We lost four Americans when we should’nt have. Our current administration can’t seem to get their story straight. We do not look like a confident “United” States of America when our leaders spend more time trying to “get the goods” on their political opponent than they do on protecting our citizens that “they” sent abroad. We use our military as a pawn should our senate and congress decide not to put the country in a deeper financial HOLE…enough! I ask for prayers for the families of Chris Stevens, Glen Dohetry, Tyrone Woods, Sean Smith and the countless others that we as Americans need to take the time to learn their names.
If Biden is the Joker does that make Obama the Ridler or…”The Dance Man “, Mr. Bo Jangles.
Hi Mack,
Thanks for your service.
I spoke on you show and said the VA wants to draw blood and will not let my civilian doctor draw the blood. That is,they will not tell what thest are involved so I can have my private or civilian doctor ( he is a MD )do the blood work. Of ocourse I’ll agree to send the restults and even the blood itself to the VA hospital.
I think the VA us using me for a gennie pig ( But I’m a Squid! — I fess up to that, see I er ernest )
Additionally as my wife will verify; I suddendly started having very bad body odor. We were mattied over 20 years before she informed me of that. It started after I got a flu shot. Also at the same time I became diabetic type 2.
Also, in casual conversation with a nurse during a VA routing health exam; she mentioned me having body order for no apparent reason.
I am a 10% disabled vet for having “Pulmonary Hypertension”. That resultes from what the VA called “Plural Plaque” which results from having asbestosis in the lings from a ship. I was i a combat zone but saw not enemy contact. I pulled electrical wires in the ship and had to remove asbestosis to instally the wires is where the asbestosis came from.
When the people at the VA hospital look in my file they find nothing mentoning the asbestosis or “pulmonary hypetension” although I get a monthly check for that. As my wife verifies when I do the paper work to get my files; then, when I wait several months them ask where is the info I am told I never requested it.
As another guy said on you show the VA as a on line system to like oreder meds, make appointments, talk with your doctor, etc. It is called My Health Evet. It is crap and if you try to use it youll get bulled and the run around by the VA.
My cell # is 713 213 0654.
Sincerely, Charles Daniel Cupp “Dan”
Many false statements were made regarding the Hou. pensions.
The Firefighter persions are totally different from the police
and municipal employees. You said you wanted more information,
please contact Todd Clark at the Houston FF Pension office.
He will give you correct information, Chronicle articles are
false.
I totally agree with you. Foreign policy is very important to me. I hope Romney talks more about his foreign policy beliefs. A Presidents duty is to protect and defend the constitution and to protect our country!
Don’t worry about some of these people that are calling in. I think we have a lot of Ron Paul supporters, socialists, and communists, or seminar callers calling in. That is the part that worries me about this election. There are a lot of these people around.
Mack,
Have you considered putting your shows on Podcast? I really enjoy listening to you in the morning. However, I get to work @ 6:45 and my work does not allow radio over the internet. I currently download other Houston radio talk shows to my iPod to listen during the work day, but would much rather listen to yours. GREAT SHOW!
BTW, I’m a Viet Nam era Army veteran (25th Inf) and my son just completed 6 years in the Army (4th Inf). I can’t believe that I enjoy listening to a sailor!
It would be nice if you’d give us a shanty every so often.

President Obama spoke for 42 minutes? I didn’t hear much of anything. I did hear him imply that ALL brown people CANNOT afford college without the help of the government. I also saw The Hulk (Mitt Romney) vs. Loki (President Obama). He threw him around like a rag doll.
Hey Mack. My son is in the Air Force and has informed me he is being deployed to Africa the end of this month. He could not tell me why. I am prior Military and understand deployment but why are we sending troops to Africa. I feel there are more than a hundred like the Pres. said. Thank you for your service. Jack

Mack,
I just learned you are on 700 am. I will be an avid listener. I been watching you on cable for a while and really enjoy learning from you.
Thank you for your service.
Best regards,
Chris
LOVE the Mack show! Listen to you every morning… new to Houston the pass 2 1/2 yr, and I’m glad I discovered your show. Can you please forward the websites address to the polling sites? Also, do you have facebook page?
Thanks,
Debbie
Mack, I appreciate you and your service for our country in the military and on the radio. I don’t know if you are aware, but I heard of a program that I thought would be great for you to know about. It is called Operation Heal Our Patriots. Samaritan’s Purse operates a lodge in Alaska where military staff can come with their spouses to get away to spiritually renew and strengthen their marriages free of charge. It looks great. They hope to have 120 couples visit next summer.
Thanks for your time,
Keith
Great show! Thank you for your service and your gift of speading knowledge. You are a natural. Jeff
I would like to send you info that I think you would find to be informative and interesting to talk about on a future show. What is the e-mail I should send to?
Love your show! It is great to hear a patriot over the air instead of the wimpering politicians with tons of excuses. Go get um!
Mack,
Since I became aware of your show I have been tuning in and catching the last hour or so lately. I am going to try to get on station earlier so hear more. I have always been a fan of “conservative” radio, but you bring a special element that has been missing, in my opinion, and that is from a Warrior perspective. Maybe I am just bias, being a Veteran myself, but I can relate and feel your perspective deeper than from other shows. The Constitutional stand point you take is so imperative for people to understand and I think you are hitting home points that have not been hit in a manner that you present before.
With that being said there is a recent topic in the news that is starting to appear, but I haven’t heard it to much talk about it and from a seasoned perspective. It is about the re-deployment of our troops in AF. A recent online article hits home and is he reality. It was called “Soldier’s E-mail Changes House Defense Chair’s Position on Afghanistan”.
My opinion is that for a long time we have not been fighting the wars in an effective and meaningful manner. Too many lives have been lost for nothing. Operations that are being conducted are being done so without an understanding of purpose or end state and at half a#$.(not the troops the big picture) All for what, to just uproot and leave. Which is fine by me, being the way things are being run and the enormous lack of confidence in the ANA and AF police and Government. For too long we have been “raped” by these people and culture. From the beginning this was and is a Spec Ops and three letter agencies War, which would achieve the same or better results with less presence on the ground, lives lost and money being wasted. As a Marine, I fully enjoyed the opportunity to exercise my skills on deployments to Iraq and was fortunate to come home all in one piece, which I cannot say the same for some of my brothers in arms. In the end these people and that culture is not and will not be on our side, unless they can get some money out of it. It is a one way street. (and that is a whole other story). I don’t know if you share the same opinion, but I thought I would present it to you and would greatly respect your viewpoint. Maybe I am missing something. Thanks for doing what your doing you have earned another fan.

Really liked your show this morning! But, how can a 63 year old woman be a warrior? I believe in the philosophy, but I want to leave my country a better place for my grandchildren. I hope Romney wins, because I fear another 4 years under Obama.
Live your life and be true.
Mack, I’m glad many people called in today to explain to you that the 47% who are not paying federal income taxes are not the typical stereotype that the conservative movement would like to present.
My question to you…. if 50% of those not paying taxes are collecting social security – what is your solution? Tax Grandma and Grandpa? If many of those not paying taxes are getting out of it because of the Bush Tax Cuts and the increased child tax credits, would you suggest we remove those or renew the bush tax cuts (even Bush said his plan will remove millions from the tax rolls when he sold the tax cuts – it was planned and known at the time.)
What about those who took the home tax credit that they have to pay back now?

Hey Mack
Sorry I don’t get to listen to the show as much as I would like. What I have heard is good! I have a question. I have heard this from several sources. Have you heard anything about Janet Napolitano buying 700,000,000 rounds of ammo? Apparently the purchase is split up through several agencies such as the Post Office, Fish and Wild Life, understandably the FBI, get this The social Security Administration and NOAA (the weather guys who knew?). She has another 450,000,000 rounds on back order and is considering purchasing another 700,000,000 rounds of ammo. Its mixed calibers and hard hollow point ammo. The military can’t use JHP on the battlefield right? So who is she getting ready to shoot? That’s enough to shoot the entire population 5 times or half the population 10 ties.
Thanks
Sincerely,
Wes Shows
Mack,
Love the radio program. Thanks for your service to our country. I wish that my schedule allowed me time to call in, but it doesn’t.
One thought regarding the recent embassy and consulate attacks, and the defense by those involved that it has to do with that short, stupid, poorly-produced cartoon. The attacks occurring starting on 9/11 cannot be a coincidence. But, I must wonder, if such a cartoon was a justified reason for attacking the US and killing Americans, why didn’t the following movies/videos (and others) have the same response:
You Don’t Mess with the Zohan
Borat
The Youtube video of “Achmed the Dead Terrorist”
Mack was talking about a mortgage lender this morning (not Baker) anyone know who it is?
Why is a Spanish company counting the votes from our presidential election? This does not seem right.
Who was the guest host on Friday Sep7? Is there anyway to get a copy of his closing statement? It was the most clear, lucid, reasoning that I’ve heard and I’d like to share it with friends in other states.
Also I’d love to be able to link the Obama speech duplication that was played at the closing. I had a buddy from Washington say how he was re-energized after watching the DNC last night.
Mitt Romney Paid 30%, Not 13% In Federal Income Taxes
Charles Kadlec, Contributor, Forbes Magazine
The presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States and wealthy businessman Mitt Romney at a press conference last Thursday said: “Over the past 10 years, I never paid less than 13%” in federal taxes.
No doubt Romney had considered carefully how to handle the tax issue before deciding to just put the 13% number out there and then move on: “I just have to say, given the challenges that America faces — 23 million people out of work, Iran about to become nuclear, one out of six Americans in poverty — the fascination with taxes I paid I find to be very small-minded.”
I can only wish that Romney had engaged this issue by adding the following sound bite: “Properly calculated, my tax rate was about 30%.”
There are two reasons that the Romneys’ tax bill is below 15%. According to their 2010 tax return (the latest available), Mr. and Mrs. Romney reduced their taxable income by the $3 million they gave to charities.
The second and most important reason is the majority of the Romneys’ income is taxed twice – first at the corporate level, and a second time when they report it on their personal income tax return.
Taxable interest income accounted for $3.3 million of their $21.7 million in total income. Since companies are able to reduce their income dollar for dollar with the interest they pay out, interest income is not taxed at the corporate level, but only once as personal income. In the case of the Romneys, it was taxed at 35%, the top marginal personal income tax rate.
The Romneys also reported $4.9 million in ordinary dividends, of which $3.3 million qualified for the 15% tax rate. Unlike interest payments, corporations may not deduct dividends from their income. Dividend income therefore is taxed twice, first at the corporate level, and then again when it is reported on an individual’s personal income tax return.
From the movie 2016, I get the idea that Obama doesn’t want America to be a superpower anymore! When they talk about “your fair share” I think he really means paying taxes to the United Nations so that the other countries will be powerfulor equal to us, so he has to bring us down. How do you feel about this idea?
Mack – I’m not a warrior, just a 40 something conservative who has been “awakened” by your encouragement. Everyone has to do their part in the next 60+ days to begin to move our country away from the tipping point where we now stand, in large measure due to Obama’s social agenda – I created this website/blog to help everyone in my address book get conversations started.

Thanks for kicking me off the sidelines, and into action.
I am a teacher/coach at a Houston area high school. I leave the house at 5:30 a.m. to go to school and I really enjoy listening to your morning show. On Wednesdays show, I listened as you talked about education and discussed that our Lt. Governor has switched his stance on school vouchers. It seems that everyone has an opinion about our schools. The common rhetoric is that schools need to be held accountable and good teachers should be rewarded. Then, someone always adds that the bad teachers need to be fired. The assumption is that, if those areas are addressed, schools will begin to produce at a competitive level. I have to be honest; it drives me crazy to listen as people inform me about what is wrong in the school system. The craziest part is those same people have no experience or clue of what really happens when the bell sounds. If you are going to continue to ask questions about education then I feel it would be appropriate for you to spend some time with me in the school. I can promise that after that experience, your eyes would be opened and it would be hard for you to listen to the misguided people that claim to have the answers in education.
Mack,
Not sure where you guys are coming from on a couple of issues. First, why do Republicans keep beating up Republicans? Why haven’t I heard you defend Akin’s statement relative to Biden’s “put ya’ll back in chains?” Anybody can make a mistake in an off the cuff remark and you guys were quick to throw him under the bus.
Then this morning, 27 August, you were talking about how the Republican convention needed to be sensitive to a potential hurricane in New Orleans; why? We have people suffer hardships and die everyday; what’s the measuring stick? We don’t shut down Congress when a serviceman is injured or killed. Gov. Jindal is going to demonstrate true leadership and remain in Louisiana during the the storm. The rest of the convention should carry-on with the business at hand while recognizing ALL the sacrifices occurring in this country – hurricane, drought, unemployment, recession.
Are you guys conservatives or not? Well start acting like it.
Sinceely,
David Francis
When will adults actually open their minds and realize that what we have is a 1 party system that gives the illusion of being a 2 party system. The 1 party system we have in place has used Napoleon’s strategy (or is it ‘tactic’) of ‘divide & conquer’ so well it would make Napoleon jealous. The parties are not divided (behind closed doors). They simply pretend to be divided to keep ‘we the people’ divided and – oh – it has worked like a charm. The number 1 enemy of ‘we the people’ is the 1 party system.
Doesn’t it feel foolish to defend either half of the enemy against your very own allies (we the people)? Listening to militaristic, better than thou, fear & war mongering Christians (snicker) talk about ‘fighting the good fight’ keeps me laughing better than any comedy.
The other day I heard Mack say – ‘Ladies, I especially want your calls. I want to know your deepest fears’. Wow. FEAR MONGERING is EXACTLY what keeps the ‘talking heads’ in business. What’s even more ludicrous is that the ‘talking heads’ are doing exactly what the enemy wants them to do and they’re egos don’t allow them to recognize it.
Next time my kids need a good laugh – I’ll have them tune in to your program. They are more advanced in their thinking than most adults I know. They’d get a real kick out of it…
Go see the movie ’2016 Obama’s America’. — it will help you know and understand Obama and his plans for America ( and the destruction of America) — it’s only 90 mins and well worth your time!
Correction to something you said earlier. The 10th amendment, and the 9th, do NOT grant/give powers to the States. Those amendments highlight and underscore that the Federal government was/is a creation, an agent, of the States in union. That those delegated authorities/powers properly belong to the and the States in union voluntarily GRANT those authorities/powers to the Federal government. The States remain the principals and a State(s) can claim back those authorities/powers “whenever any form Government becomes destructive” of “certain unalienable Rights” of her People and to “institute [a] new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them [her people] shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
