    Frank, caught you show for the first time last Saturday. Your sincerity really comes through. I’m (74) years old and not easily fooled.
    My son and I co-own a nice little place in Jamaica Beach, Galveston. This house , though small, is on a good canal, and was gutted to the studs and re-done just before Ike. Only minor damage from Ike, all totally repaired. I would guess that it would appraise for a minimum of $180,000, probably more. We currently have a 1st ($113, 560 balance at 6%) and a 2nd ($29,858 balance at 8.62%). Both with Bank of America.
    We both have excellent credit. We would like to re-fi as one note for (15) years at today’s rates. Point me in the right direction.
