Conservatives should laud POTUS for coming on board with conservatives for a reasonable policy while also pointing out that while POTUS agrees with conservatives, he has hurt the process of immigration reform by shredding a part of the Constitution by "dictating" the policy rather than presenting a plan to congress and having it passed through the legislative branch.
