Supreme Court Might Not Enforce Constitution’s Limits in Second Obama Term

Mr. Obama announced on July 6 in Ohio that this election is about a “clash of visions” about the role of government in our lives, arguing for massive entitlements and regulatory controls. If he wins, he will claim a mandate and take federal power to heights we’ve never seen. We can no longer be confident that the Supreme Court will stop him.

Michele Bachmann: She’s smarter than you are.

I went to a Houston fundraiser. She has a incredible command of the issues. She reminded me of Bill Archer who knew the details of every piece of legislation that he was asked to vote on for us.

    Chris,

You were asking your radio audience who they would like to hear speak as the “mystery” speaker on Thursday at the RNC. Here are my three choices:

    Ted Poe
    Jan Brewer (Governor of Arizona)
    Alan West

Non of this “mamby pamby” stuff with any of these speakers. I would like to ask anyone who is considering on voting for President Obama the following question: “What is your major malfunction?”
