On Wednesday from the Oval Office, Trump said the accounts are “historic” while celebrating the launch of automatic enrollment for the investment accounts. Trump said 70-million kids will have Trump accounts in their name, adding it’s giving them a strong start in life. Newborns born between 2025 and 2028 will receive a one-thousand-dollar deposit into their account that will be available to them once they turn 18.
