This notice describes information handled by the public KSEVRadio.com website, operated by KSEV 700 AM and Patrick Broadcasting, LP. The KSEV Radio App Privacy Policy describes the mobile app separately.

Information you choose to send

The Join KSEV form asks for a name and email address, and offers optional ZIP code, program preferences and a message. The advertising form also offers company, telephone, campaign interest and message fields. Form submissions are delivered by email to the station team to respond to listener feedback and advertising inquiries. These forms do not publish your submission on the website.

Playback preferences and sponsor reporting

The website uses browser storage to remember features such as an episode’s playback position and sponsored-message timing. You can clear this information through your browser’s site-data controls; doing so can reset playback preferences.

Sponsored-audio reporting records the campaign, playback event, platform, generated view identifier, listening milestone and event time. This helps measure sponsored-message starts and completions. This reporting does not use the name or email address you enter in station forms.

Connections and external services

Loading a website, image, audio stream or video sends connection information, including an IP address, to the service providing it. KSEV uses hosting, streaming, podcast and video services to deliver these features. External services and linked sites, including Radio Mast, podcast providers, YouTube, social networks, sponsors and app stores, have their own privacy practices.
