KSEV does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information through the App.
The App does not require users to create an account or provide a name, email address, telephone number, precise location, payment information, or other personally identifiable information.
KSEV does not use the App to track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
App Permissions
The App may use standard device and internet capabilities necessary to provide its features, including connecting to the internet and playing audio or video. These capabilities are used to operate the App and are not used by KSEV to collect personal information.
Third-Party Services and External Links
The App provides access to KSEV’s live audio stream, website content, YouTube programming, podcasts, social-media pages, telephone links, and app-store services.
When you choose to access a third-party service or external website, that service may independently receive technical information ordinarily transmitted through an internet connection, such as an IP address, browser or device information, or usage information. KSEV does not control how those third parties collect or process information.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because KSEV does not collect personal information through the App, it does not knowingly maintain personal information belonging to children.
Data Security and Retention
Because KSEV does not collect or store personal information through the App, KSEV does not maintain an App user database or retain personal information collected from App users.
