Oct 13 (Reuters) – CVS has agreed to pay $315 million to resolve allegations that it illegally filled unlawful opioid prescriptions and submitted false claims to the federal government by seeking payment from Medicare and other healthcare programs, the U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday.
