When you use the Join / Feedback section of the KSEV Radio app, we may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

– ZIP code
– Age range
– How you usually listen to KSEV (AM radio, this app, YouTube, smart speaker, or other)
– Whether you would like to receive show updates / newsletter
**Feedback**
– Star rating (1–5)
– Written comments or show ideas
**Why We Collect This Information**
We collect this information for the following purposes:
– To better understand our audience (where listeners are located, age ranges, and preferred listening methods)
– To improve our programming, shows, and the app experience based on your feedback
– To send you show updates, news, or newsletters **only if you opt in**
– To respond to feedback or comments when appropriate
**How the Data Is Handled**
The information you submit is sent securely to a Google Apps Script endpoint and is typically stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by KSEV Radio.
We do **not** sell your personal information.
We do **not** share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Access is limited to KSEV Radio staff who need it for the purposes listed above.
**Your Choices**
– Providing your name, ZIP code, age range, and listening preference is optional.
– You can choose not to subscribe to show updates by leaving the newsletter toggle off.
– You can contact us at any time to request that we delete or update the information you submitted.
